Front apartment with 3 bedrooms for 07 people, including two suites.

Building standard, front apartment with terrace (with hammock), 01 parking space per apartment, no pleasure, excellent location, lying just 200 meters from the beach, partial view of the sea.

Bedrooms with ceiling fans, closets, laundry area, fitted kitchen, cable TV, bathrooms with luxury shower. Further details can see the pictures seen or thru email.

I rent only for family, not rent to youth group.
Car: not necessary

The Beach of Asturias is located near the center of the city of Guaruja, this beach has a good infrastructure, such as public restrooms on the boardwalk, kiosks with the power supply to customers free of chairs and parasol; vicinity of the property there are all the type of trade, as a bakery, pharmacy, market, butchers, restaurants, pizza shops, clothing stores, shops beach items, newsstand, ice cream, without the need for car use, this trade is all within a radius of approximately 200 meters.

The property is located on a street parallel to the beach road, there is no need to go by car to the beach, the distance is 200 meters from the beach. Hot spots near: Crafts Fair, of Fort Andradas (with public visitation-beautiful place), Acqua Mundo (the largest aquarium in the world). I suggest more research in portalguaruja site. with
