Photos and Description of the Malibu vacation house rental

Walk through your personal courtyard to The Ocean Breeze Malibu Beach House. The first floor is an open living space with kitchen, dining, living and powder room. Walk out onto your private deck with dining area. Step up to your own lounging space and private jacuzzi for two. White porcelain tiled deck from inside to out.

Back inside the house, a spiral staircase leads up to the two King Bed guest rooms on the second level. Guest room #1 has ocean view, private 600 sq ft. patio, remodeled bathroom and separate vanity. Guest room #2 is large and faces the courtyard with a balcony, remodeled bathroom with shower only. Desk space for work. All rooms have a California King-sized bed.

Continue up the spiral staircase to the Master Suite. The ocean expanse seems so close you feel as if you are on a boat deck. The master bath has separate jacuzzi tub and shower, His and Her sinks and a private sunning deck with views of the Santa Monica mountains. Above the garage is the guest house which the owner keeps private. This is not part of the rental. There is a two car garage with laundry area.
