Seabreeze Cottage is well located in the town of Bar Harbor, Maine, just 2 blocks from an entrance to the historic Shore Path on the ocean, and walking distance from the Village Center.

With its central location on a quiet side lane near Bar Harbor's village center, it offers easy access to the town's many amenities and attractions, including Acadia National Park.

Enjoy all the benefits of being downtown in a comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood near the water, but close enough to enjoy our beautiful area and amenities without a long drive.

This charming and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom cottage will comfortably accommodate up to a family or group of 6. The Master bedroom features a Queen bed and a HD TV, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Private storage for bikes, kayaks, etc, (Covered and lockable).

The house offers a large kitchen with space for your family to spread out and enjoy your vacation.

The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV.

Relax on one of the two covered porches or enjoy the sunroom looking out into the private fenced side courtyard with a patio after a day of exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

Walk to many of the shops and restaurants Bar Harbor is famous for.

Located near the water and the Shorepath, you can often hear the local lobster boats fishing. We are long time Bar Harbor residents who visited the island for many years before moving here full time. Once you visit, you will know why! The house is located on a private road at the end of a dead end street. It's private, quiet, near the water, and close enough to downtown to walk to all our restaurants.

With its central location on a quiet side lane near Bar Harbor's village center, it offers easy access to the town's many amenities and attractions, including Acadia National Park.

Bar Harbor offers a stunning array of restaurants, shops, museums, all within walking distance of our house, and Acadia National Park is nearby, in fact, the 'Winter' entrance is only a half mile from our house, and the main entrance is just two miles away.
