Conveniently located within easy driving distance to all major theme parks (8 miles to Disney World) this newly decorated 1864 sq ft consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6. Has fully equipped kitchen, jet tub in master bedroom, has home theater with 42' living room TV and surround sound, TV's in master & guest bedrooms. Master has king bed, guest room 1 has two twin beds, guest room 2 has full size bed. Adjouning guest quarters has private bedroom with one queen size bed, private bath, sitting room, kitchenette, sleeps 2.. Both units have washers and dryers and safes for securing valuables, DVD players, free local/long distance phone, free cable TV, WIFI wireless internet connection, Basic soaps, paper products, linens provided free cleaning prior to and upon departure. Check in is by key less entry (code) you can check in anytime after 4PM.

There are two units on the property. Only one group or party can rent at anyone time.

Island Club West offers heated community pool, children's pool, hot tub, steam room/sauna, fitness center, day spa, game room, basketball court, sand volleyball court, tennis court, on-site convenience store, computer center, on-site church, club house function rooms.

About Wayne Kennard Owner

My wife, Judy, and I are from Aroostook County Maine. We are family and community oriented and take great pride in maintaining both our 100 year old home in northern Maine and our newly-acquired Island Club West Townhouse. I am a handyman and make all repairs and improvements myself. I am on-site during the winter months & am available 24/7 to handle guest questions and concerns.

My townhouse is located on a very quiet and well maintained street within few feet to the clubhouse, swimming pool and outdoor amenities. Free guest parking available in front of the unit and over-flow parking at the clubhouse should guest entertain large groups. Unit has patio with BBQ grill with passive solar lighting outside the living room.

    3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse, full kitchen, patio w/BBQ grill, washer/dryer, $100 per night, $1,850 per month. Sleeps 6 adults. Minimum stay 5 nights.

    $80 cleaning fee.

    Two parties cannot be booked on the same dates.

    Rates are quoted and accepted in US dollars
    Quoted rates do not include 13% accommodation tax

    Deposit: $200 is required upon rental agreement execution. Deposit will be returned within one (1) week of departure if no damages.

    No pets allowed.

    Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any entrances--violations subject to a $200 penalty
  • Cancellation policy:

    $200 deposit will be refuned if cancellation is made more than 30 calendar days in advance of scheduled check in date.

    $200 deposit is forfeited if cancallations are received less 30 calendar days of scheduled check in.

    Criminal background checks are required of guests staying longer thand 30 calendar days
