Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $300 Security deposit to hold booking. One half rent due 90 days prior to stay. Remaining rent due 30 days prior to stay. Deposit will be returned promptly minus a $100 cleaning fee.

    Saturday to saturday rental only Memorial through Labor Day

    Cancellation policy - 30 days notice for refund of rent and security deposit. There will be a $100 cancellation charge regardless of notice time given.

    Children - We welcome children ages 5 and up. Our decking and rocky beach will create too much anxiety for Moms with younger children.
