Private Villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, panoramic balcony and front porch

Our home is nestled right in front of the beach, offering direct access just a few steps from our generous sitting porch. If you prefer you can enjoy bathing in the swimming pool or hut tub while still enjoying the panoramic scenery only found in this area of the coast.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with one king size bed and it's private bathroom, the only one with jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also it's full bathroom. Both rooms, together with a little TV room, equipped with LCD 32' + satelliteTV, has access to our panoramic balcony. Here you will have a little sitting area to enjoy tea time or a unforgettable nap in the Hammocks, enjoying the sounds of the waves.

Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. The first one with a full size bed, twin bed, with full bath can accommodate a small family. The last bedroom has 2 full beds.

All our bed linen and bath towels have been carefully chosen. We provide down comforters and plenty pillows for each room. All our rooms are equipped with A/C.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Downstairs you will find also a dining room with capacity for 6, a living room and a fireplace.

The front porch is the area where we spend most of our day. Here you can sit and relax in our custom made teak outdoor living room or if you prefer relax in the hammocks. Our exterior dining room can accommodate 12 and has a panoramic view of the swimming pool and the ocean.

Daniel & Gina, our caretakers, will be happy to help you with everything you'll need: from getting freshly baked bread for your breakfast, to set the umbrellas and chairs on the beach when you need them. Gina is a big fan of cooking, and she will be happy to prepare the local dishes or if you prefer, a more elaborated menu. BBQ nights are always a lot of fun, tell her your preferences, seafood or meat, and sit back and enjoy. There is no extra fee for their services, however gratuities are encouraged.

We can help you with transfers, booking of tours, grocery shopping, among other things. Let us know what are your special needs, we would love to help you with them.

I grew up in Guayaquil and most of my childhood I vacationed by the coast. My family and I love to have company and this made us want to exceed always as good hosts. I studied hotel management in Switzerland and I love to show foreigners the beauty of my country. Welcome to Ecuador!

My family purchased this house because it's unique location. The whole area enjoys an extensive 12-mile beach with very little access to the public. We are very lucky to be able to have unobstructed views and direct access to the beach.

The life this region of Ecuador offers is very rural and people is well known for its laid back and compliance attitude.

Right in the middle of 'Ruta del Spondylus'. This is a perfect spot where you can enjoy the rural life of beach and mountain.

We can arrange tours to the many national parks and reserves of the area. During the July-September period it's a must to go and see the humpback whales swim up the coast and we can help you arranging this too.

Montañita is only 10 minutes away, world known surfing destination offering great variety of restaurants, outdoors activities, nightlife, among other things.
