Our home is located on 5 private lakefront acres in a luxurious and tranquil gated community in the Catskill Mountains, less than 2 hours from New York City.

Recently built, the lodge has been impeccably decorated and offers a truly luxurious stay. Both bedrooms have huge closets and high ceilings, and are furnished with high end linens and accessories. The bathroom has granite counters, double vanity and brass fixtures, the well appointed large kitchen, features an open concept with granite countertops, and is fully stocked with beautiful cookware, glassware, serving pieces, placemats and accessories. the lodge also has 16 foot ceilings throughout, a stone wood burning fireplace, dining area, outdoor deck and dining area, weber grill, laundry and garage parking.
Our lodge is the perfect place, where you relax by fireplace, swim from our sandy beach on our 300 feet of lakefront, entertain and enjoy cocktails on the elevated outside deck complete with its dining table and grill, or pursue any number of wonderful activities year round directly from our grounds including fly fishing, lake fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating, jet skiing, hiking, mountain biking, snow-shoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating.
With thousands of acres of secluded woodland, rippling mountain lakes, and meandering trout streams surrounding our property, our home is the perfect place to get away from it all.
If you love exploring, visit the numerous antique stores and markets, great restaurants, fun bars including our local whiskey distillery, sightseeing along the Delaware River Valley, skiing, ice skating and snow tubing at a number of local ski fields. Also, Just steps outside our lodge, you can experience nature and abundant outdoor pursuits... watch eagles soar, enjoy a game of golf at a host of great local golf courses, or even raft the Delaware River.
Just 10 minutes from the house is the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, where you can attend a world class concert from today’s leading musicians in the Pavilion which seats 15000 people, visit the Museum or attend the weekly Harvest festivals.
