This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a studio carriage house is only steps to wonderful shops, restaurants and galleries and less than a ½ mile to Mayo Beach and the Harbor area! The main level has a living room, formal dining room, office and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and adjacent bath with tub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The carriage house is only a few steps across the back deck and has a living area with futon couch, an efficiency kitchen unit, a full bath with shower and a loft bedroom with queen bed. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and the rear deck lends itself to rest and relaxation. It’s only a short ride to the beautiful freshwater ponds and gorgeous ocean beaches in the Cape Cod National Seashore! ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL****NO SMOKING***NO PETS***
