A stunning 12,000 sq ft + home on the west side of Torch Lake. This newly built home includes 8 bedrooms-each with its own bathroom, including four with gas fireplaces, plus two half-baths, large dining room which seats ten; kitchen includes top of the line appliances; library with gas fireplace; living room with gas fireplace; rec room with wet bar; sauna; steam shower, full exercise room. There is a full surround sound theatre system with 120 inch screen which seats eight.

Outside yard is expansive and includes an outdoor Jacuzzi on the patio, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor furniture. Will come with pontoon boat hoist suitable for any size boat and full size dock.

The above property is all seasons recreation. Summers are for boating on the chain o lakes which includes Torch Lake, Torch River, Elk Lake, Clam Lake, and Lake Bellaire.

The fall is good for visiting orchards, wineries, and doing color tours throughout beautiful northwestern Michigan.

Quiet Spirit is a privately owned residential property. As such, this property rents exclusively to single families on a one week minimum basis. This home represents a luxury vacation property with many amenities. For this reason we are very selective in our rental process and we ask that all guests respect the guidelines of our rental agreement. The property is used almost exclusively by the homeowners, and as such, only has a few limited weeks available each year for rent.
