There’s nothing quite like walking into your vacation rental and feeling like you are home! When you arrive at this gorgeous unit, you will be greeted by the beauty of the Balboa Peninsula. You will want to enjoy every inch of space from the living room to the master sitting room or maybe just read a book on the balcony while the ocean breeze gently blows. Enjoy a delicious meal made in your gourmet kitchen or grab a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of beach life. There is no doubt that after one night of slumber in this beach oasis, you will never want to go home again!

General Info:

Parking: 3 car parking - This unit provides 3 car parking, 2 garage spaces with space behind.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, pillows, sheets, and towels are provided!

Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc to help you begin your vacation however you will need to purchase and pay for additional supplies during your stay.

You may want to bring: Beach chairs/equipment, blender and/or specialty cookware, laundry detergent, extra place settings, pens and paper, etc.
