Some of the notable features include a pool table, hot tub, den/ theater room, and water views. An open living area with its large fireplace, water views and pool table is the perfect gathering area. The den/ theater room boasts a 60' wide screen Sony LCD TV and 5.1 channel surround sound as well as a built in wet bar. Stay in comfort and style at this exceptional residence!
