Charming beach house seaside (no street in front, only the sea) with panoramic views of the bay of Port-Mirim.

3 bedrooms and one suite - all with air-conditioning.

Broad area laser with pool with panoramic 270 degree looking at the more peaceful and beautiful beach on the north coast just 30km from Natal. The house was recently remodeled.

Located on the north shore of the pond next Christmas and dunes Jacuma and parrachos Muriú and short distance from the pond Pitangui. Also ha 25 km has parrachos Maracajaú, one of the best dive sites in the northeast, and water park Ma-noa Park. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants and other services are nearby in the towns of Jacuma and Muriu.

Parking for 04 cars.
