I live part time in Michigan and part time in Nuevo Vallarta. The weather is great, life is good here and inexpensive to live. Of Mexican background and speak fluent Spanish. I am now retired.

It is tastefully furnished. A great vacation property. The people who own or rent come a few times a year and are American and Canadian. They love it here and love the project and their condo as I do. The beach is the most beautiful on the Bay. People are very friendly in area. Many activities and fine restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

The Architecture of the building is unique with its many curves it is luxurious and stylish. The interior finishes are first class and beautiful. It sits in front of a beautiful beach. The administration,the interior and exterior help and security are excellent.

Flamingos/Nuevo Vallarta is just 4 miles north of Puerto Vallarta within the same Bay of Banderas. Quinta del Mar is a private quiet place by the beach in which you can just relax, swim, or read a book. However, there are many activities you can do on your own or to hire ..a boat to scuba dive or go deep sea fishing or whale watching. Or adventure trips in the jungle. Swim with dolphins..many more. Or walk in town to see the sights and have gourmet dinner or tacos on the street. Your choice ..all good
