3 Bedroom, 2 Bath With Ocean Views

Great location in flamingo! Just 100 meters to flamingo beach or the best sunset lounge bar in town. This 2nd floor condo has great ocean views with sunsets. There is an elevator for those to don't like stairs and a large swimming pool for all to enjoy.

Clients staying at the oceanica condo have full access to the facilities at the flamingo marina resort which includes a tennis court, four swimming pools, restaurant and the famous monkey bar for afternoon cocktails. This new condo is very nicely furnished and decorated with tropical furniture and has a great balcony for viewing sunsets. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining, kitchen, laundry room and balcony. The master bedroom also has sunset and ocean views as well as the living area. The condos are gated and have full time security guards on location.
