Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This villa is fully equipped and includes a gourmet kitchen, with phone, open to the dining and living areas. The master suite is private and includes a walk-in closet and a second large closet. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi garden tub and a separate shower with seat and separate water closet room.

The living area has the most comfortable chairs with ottomans, leather couch and matching oversized chair with TV, DVD and stereo. The living area faces west for the most beautiful sunsets, on the lake and the 15th green. What could be better? It has a covered lanai that is very private also.

There is a laundry room with full sized appliances and cabinetry. The guest bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom doubles as a den/office with a leather couch that opens into a double bed.

All ceramic floors eccept the bedrooms which are carpeted and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms.

TV, Wireless Internet service and phone are all included. Electric and water are included with an allowance that covers normal use.

Beautifully furnished villa on a lake and golf course just 3.5 miles from the Gulf and historic Venice. It is an 1,800 square foot villa tastefully and comfortably furnished with a separate master suite. One bedroom is set up as a den / office.

About The Owner

I live in the area and really love it here. My wife and I have been hosting renters for a long time and have the best reputation as landlords. I'm always available to answer questions and keep the villa in top shape. Venice has so many activities for busy people but you can also just relax My last renters liked this villa, Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club, and the entire area so much that they bought a villa across the street.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2006
Why The Owner chose Plantation

Area activities: the Historic town of Venice offers shops, restaurants, theater, parks, fountains and of course the beach. There are concerts shows and exhibits, fares and performances. At the intercostal jetties you can see dolphin, manatee, sting rays and the most exquisite sunsets imaginable. Also in the area is a movie theater, shopping, dinner-performances, boating and wildlife areas.

Twenty seven hole golf course is part of Pelican Pointe but green fees are extra. You can practice putting, chipping and sand bunker all day long. A bucket of balls is included with green fee or $6 to hit a bucket anytime you like. Venice offers a choice of many golf courses in the area and the city of Sarasota offers a multitude of cultural venues.

We have stayed at this villa on two occasions. We are very pleased with the furnishings, locations, and a very accommodating land lord. It is well worth the money! We found the villa very clean and comfortable. Beautiful lake and golf course view. If foe sale we would have been interested in purchasing it. However, because it is not for sale, we bought a villa across the street.

This property lives up to it's billing, the owner has thought of everything. Beautiful furnishings, beautiful views, and beautiful sunset! You’ll just have to bring your toothbrush. Close to everything in Venice. Be sure to do some tailgating at the polo match in Sarasota, It’s great fun.
