The real charm of this home is the neighborhood, Austin's well-known '04' district (78704). This zip code is known for amazing old homes, great proximity to food, retail shops, and entertainment. This neighborhood has amazing character and we pride ourselves on being part of it. We hope you enjoy the house and have a wonderful stay in Austin!

Perfect place for get-togethers!

Our family recently returned to Austin for a family wedding, and stayed at this lovely home. The house is charming inside and out, and immaculately clean. Bedrooms are spacious and have super-comfy beds. Although the neighborhood is residential and quiet, it's only 3/4 mile walk to the SoCo area with its shops and restaurants.

The owner Carly was easily accessible if problems occurred (and none did!) - and she was so thoughtful to leave a welcome basket with food and drink. We felt totally at home, and grateful to have such a pleasant place to be together. I highly recommend this house and will eagerly return the next time I stay in Austin!

LOVE this house!!

This house is absolutely adorable! Very spacious and clean! Six of us stayed comfortably here with all of the amenities that you could imagine. The owners really know how to make you feel welcome and need for nothing. This was our first Home Away experience and I have to say ......this is the way to go! We felt more relaxed than we would have at a hotel. This house is perfect walking distance from SoCo and the neighborhood is quiet and scenic. We will definitely be returning next year!

Charming home full of amenities

We could not have been happier with our stay at this wonderful home. While the pictures are inviting, the home itself is even more warm and welcoming, and more spacious than I originally thought. Eight women stayed here for a girls weekend and we were all in love with the house - from the welcome basket to the complimentary drinks to the complimentary toiletries, we could not get enough of this great house. The house is located near the popular South Congress area, probably a 15 minute walk that was very pleasant. The neighborhood itself is quiet and residential, and made for a perfect little getaway. I highly recommend the house and would stay here again on another visit to Austin!

Awesome Birthday weekend with the Girls!

LOVE this house. Perfect size! Clean! Bed was so cozy I almost didn't want to get out of bed! Stayed with 4 of my girlfiends to celebrate my 29th birthday. The location was perfect, close to the park and all the shops on SoCo. Downtown was only a short and cheap cab ride away. They even had the fridge stocked with some of my favorite goodies!

We had one little hitch with the cable and the WiFi going out, but after I sent Carley (Home owner) a quick text the problem was fixed in no time. The customer service with the owner was great through the entire rental experience.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!
