This custom built 2008 lakefront log home located directly on the 'Big Water' of Lake Marion will be your favorite place to come for relaxation, fishing,and play on its sandy beach. You won't be disappointed in this stunning home and its ammenities. We do not have a dock. Our sandy beach is a great place to pull your boat or pontoon up for boarding.

The open-floor plan in this fabulous home offers an upstairs Master Suite with comfy Kingsize bed and 42' flat screen TV. Attached bath complete with claw tub, separate shower, and double sinks. Also upstairs, you'll find a spacious sleeping loft with 3 twin beds. On the main floor, BR#1 is equipped with 1 Queensized bed; BR#2 offers 1 Kingsized and 1 twinsized bed. Under the open stairwell is an additional cozy twin bed. Pack 'n Play and children's safety bed rails available.

Goumet kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless major appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need. You'll appreciate the granite counters, breakfast bar, wine cooler, and convenient undercounter ice maker. There's plenty of eating area inside and out on the screened-in porch.

In the massive screened-in porch, you'll enjoy using the Summer Kitchen complete with cook-top, refrigerator, sink, dining area, bar, porch rocking chairs, and 42'flat screen TV. This is the place to be for spectacular sunsets on the lake.

Unwind in the Great Room furnished with leather furniture, cozy, wood-burning stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings and 52' flat screen TV.

The Heartpine wood floors throughout the entire home give it a inviting, warm, comfortable feeling.

This home is fully furnished with tasteful decor. Linens not included.

About The Owner

We had this custom home built for our future retirement plans. We chose this site so we could unwind and relax after a hectic work week. Since we are both 'water babies', we love boating, fishing and playing on the water. It has been a dream come true.
