About Camille Fenn

Kerry is from Ireland and spent 15 years as a professional yacht captain before settling in Fort Lauderdale. Camille is from Montreal and has a degree in Design. Together we run a small property management business here in Fort Lauderdale. We cater mostly to yacht crews who are here while their boat undergoes a refit or are studying for various marine licenses.

We have two children, Meaghan is 14 and Ashley 12.

We purchased this property as it is an excellent income property. 9 apartments centrally located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, and just down the road from where we live so we can keep an eye on things and be there in a minute if there is any problem.

Avocado and orange trees in the back yard, barbequeing with a cold beer as the sun sets and the tropical breeze plays around your bare ankles, whats not to like about South Florida.

Get active and go hiking or air boating in the Everglades, diving on the reefs. Rent a bike (electric or otherwise) and take a trip up scenic A1A. Rent a car and you can visit Miami Seaquarium or Walt Disney World or any of the numerous other attraction South Florida has to offer.
