Fully equipped with upgraded electronics such as 50 inch plasma and 32 inch LED flat screen televisions with all having blu-ray players, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, cable, and long distance; green friendly features such as energy saver light bulbs, water saver toilets, and motion sensor night lights.

You can relax on the spacious furnished back deck and enjoy the nature view while preparing a meal on the large gas grill or just relax on the covered front porch that has a swing. There are several ramps located outside the home and grab bars in the master bath with walk-in shower. The King and Queen bed structure along with the Queen sleeper sofa will accommodate 6.

Enjoy the activities Hot Springs Village has to offer such as the lakes(two having marinas), golf courses, Coronado Fitness Center, and trails.
