This 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot gulf-front condo has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a complete meal. The condo has a large King size bed in the master bedroom, with a Queen bed in each of the guest bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and two of the three bedrooms. The condo is furnished with a large HDTV, complete with HD digital cable and Blu-Ray player for all your entertainment needs.

This condo was very confortable and roomy. Looks just as the pictures do and very clean. The only problem we had was with the rental management. We were told to check in with the office before 5:00 on Sunday, we were there at 4:45 and office was closed. I called the emergency number for ten minutes and finally got someone. Then was told to check the late checkin box it was not there. Then I was told to go to Oceania with code to get thru gate to pick up my packet. I could have gotten an email with all the codes and information to make things simple. After driving eight hours I was not amused with the management. We will not rent with Holiday Isle Properties again.

Just Beautiful and comfortable!

Stayed here in March 2012 for a Wedding 3 bldgs. down in "The White House" - Had a great time, the view from the balcony is awesome and runs the whole length of the condo - love the ceiling to floor windows, beautiful granite in the kitchen and is fully stocked with everything you need to make a dinner for family and friends. OH and we loved the heated pool................we definately will be back!

We stayed at this condo in September 2011 and it was like staying in a penthouse. This unit has been completely remodeled and redecorated and looked brand new. The show stopper in this condo is definitely the balcony. I've never stayed somewhere on the Gulf that had a huge balcony like this. We spent many hours on it watching the waves, feeling the sea breeze, and playing cards at night. The hot water heater worked well and we loved the ice machine in the bar. The location was perfect and close to everything. We had breakfast at Another Broken Egg which is a block or two away and so is Target. Destin Commons is only 10 minutes away and has fabulous shopping. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
