New living room furniture in 2012. Enjoy the vacation breezes and a comfortable and spacious floor plan at Crosswind in the Avon subdivision of Kinnakeet Shores. This sound side home offers beautiful views of sunsets and the Pamlico Sound.

The first floor has three bedroom. Two bedrooms, 2 sets of bunks (bedroom1) and 2 singles (bedroom 2) share an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom is a Queen master with private bathroom and deck access. The second floor features a spacious great room with living, dining, kitchen and a the fourth bedroom with a semi-private bath. Furnished sundecks and a screened porch with a hot tub complete the home. Additional amenities include: 3 TVs, 2DVDs, Stereo with CD player, wireless internet, charcoal grill, fish cleaning table, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Dogs welcome.

Community Pool and tennis courts, shopping and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from Crosswind. Kinnakeet Shores subdivision is perfect for bike riding, walking, and running.
