This 4 bed, 4.5 bath custom built home is a rare find in Reunion for both the excellent design and superb location. Overlooking the Palmer golf course this villa boasts one of the best views in Reunion! From either the living room or the balcony upstairs you can enjoy the view of the golf course, lake, Reunion Grande or even just take in a beautiful Florida sunset with the home's west facing position.

Enjoy your own private heated pool and spa, patio/sundeck area , all ideal for those days when you decide to take a break from the theme parks. Inside this Reunion villa you will find a formal dining area, fully fitted kitchen which is open to the great room and a casual dining area. The spacious living area includes a plasma TV, DVD player, surround sound system, i-pod docking station and PlayStation 2. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, TV and DVD player. The master suite includes a jacuzzi bath, separate large shower, plus a walk-in wardrobe.

In addition to the main house, there is an optional 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located above the garage providing accommodation for 4 extra guests. The detached annex boasts a separate access door, lounge area, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Lovely home, peace & quiet near WDW

My husband, 2 daughters (5 & 8), and I stayed here for a week. House was lovely, just as pictured, with plenty of space, offering comfortable, stylish accommodations. We had additional family join for 3 nights, bringing the total guests to 10, without it ever feeling crowded. The pool is small, but big enough for 4 kids and a couple of adults to have fun in it. Lots of pool toys available for guests. We also used one of the nearby community pools for a change of pace. WDW parks were are only 15 minutes away and you don't need to deal with much traffic to get there, which would not be the case if we were driving in from the east. Great to have a Publix and drug store right outside the complex. I loved the back porch overlooking the golf course, great for morning coffee, watching the hot air balloons lift off nearby and the storks on the greens. This house offers a great place to relax and reenergize after a day at the parks. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful Time

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and absolutely lovely. We will definitely use this home the next time we come to Orlando.

The price was reasonable, the location was great, the pool was wonderful... I really don't have one bad thing to say.

House with a veiw.....

F irst of all the pictures of this house can not show you its beauty and the wonderfull veiws over the golf course are amazing. We vacation in orlando every year and have stayed in reuion on many occasions but i have to say this home was the perfect home from home for us . We are a family of 5 with a grown up son and a 10 year old daughter and a 2 year old son so this home has everything you need for your vacation even down to toys and a cute liittle bike my son played on for most of the 2 weeks. The house its self had every thing you could think off , the bed in the master room was soo..... comfy we had a great night sleep there This really helps after long days walking around the parks. In the great room the 3 large sofas ment loads off space for all off us to sit back and chill. The pool area was the perfect size and child safe this is important to us as we are travelling with young children. There was also a large seating area looking over the golf course were i loved to sit every morning with my coffee and watch the golfers . Emily her self was amazing to work with she was really prompt at setting up the booking and following through with any other request that we had . We enjoyed our days at the reuion water park and my husband Tony and son Anthony had good times spent on the golf courses at reuion again thanks to Emily for her kindness and giving us these passes . The bed rooms in the house were all good sized as my sons girlfriend Gaynor also travelled with us so they used the down stairs master it had every thing they needed for there perfect stay. Fantastic Property in Brilliant Location

We were lucky to spend 2 weeks at the property in June 2011. The house is in a beautiful location with great views and great access to all the disney attractions.

The house was perfect for us as a family of six with a little child of 9 months. Large spacious rooms, clean and tidy and the Reunion Resort is really well maintained. Great views over the golf course.

The photos of this property do not do it justice. We are looking forward to booking this house again in the future. Many thanks

Bit dated and property management lacking.

Lovely, clean home, however, after several years of rental, there are elements that are in need of upgrading/repairing/replacing.

We arrived for a 5 day stay and upon arrival, after paying for pool and spa heating, the pool was littered with debris, spa did not function (bad valve), the refrigerator did not work and the phones were inoperative. While repair people came and went during our stay, none of the items were repaired during our visit; either from lack of parts availability or inability to reach the owner to authorize the repairs. We had to power cycle the refrigerator daily at the circuit panel to keep food & beverages cold. We asked only for a refund of the pool/spa heating and were quietly ignored.

Other inconveniences included a lack of basic sundries (toilet paper, coffee filters and samples of dishwashing/laundry detergent) which the property management company indicated should have been provided. A thoroughly annoyed housekeeper delivered the items after a call to the management company. Linens, dishes, towels, blankets, etc. were, however, in abundant supply.

The furniture in the main living area is showing signs of wear and the televisions are comical. The Magnavox flat panel in the main living needs to be turned up to 95 in order to hear and the other bedrooms have 13-19 inch tube TVs dating from the previous century. Additionally, there is wiring for audio in the main living area but no amplifier/receiver. Emily assured us that they were planning an upgrade on the TVs and electronics in the not too distant future.

Assuming all the failing and dated elements are replaced, I am certain you will have a more enjoyable stay than we had, however, given the issues we ran into and the 'oh well' attitude from the owner and property management company, coupled with the lack of any credit for the monies paid, I cannot, in good conscience, endorse this property.

Owner's Response: Whilst I am obviously sorry that these guests did not have a great experience staying in our home, it is an unfortunate fact that appliances do sometimes go wrong. However, in order to deal with any issues that may arise I have given our management company in Orlando the authority to go ahead with any repairs without the need to contact me as I know this can lead to delays. It is not the case that the management company was waiting for approval from me to go ahead with the repairs, but parts had to be ordered in order for the repairs to be made, and these can take time to arrive. Two of the 5 days of their stay were over the weekend and therefore it was not possible to get repairs during this period, although the parts had been ordered. Upon arrival at our home guests will receive a small amenities pack which is left by the management company. I believe this includes one or two dishwasher tablets, some laundry powder and enough toilet rolls to last a day or two. As far as I am aware this is standard in most rental homes, but we will be looking into this in more detail when we visit the house in April 2011, and if we feel that the pack is not sufficient or up to the standard that we would expect, we will address this. In relation to these particular guests, I have been assured that these items were in the house for the guests arrival, and I have also been told that extra items were delivered upon the request of the guests, and so they should have had sufficient for their short stay. With regards to some of the technology in the house, we are aware that the televisions in the twin rooms may not be ‘state of the art’ and again, when we visit next week, we will be looking to upgrade these. I am not aware of the issues with the sound on the TV in the Great Room, but if this needs to be addressed we will ensure it is done during our stay. Please be assured that our home has only been in the holiday rental market since June 2010 and the main purpose of our visit is to determine the level or wear and tear that has taken place in that short time. If we feel that the furniture in place is not up to the job of a regular rental home then we will again upgrade it. Please read some of the reviews we have received from other guests who have been happy to stay in our home. All have been very happy with the house, and many have suggested they would love to return.
