Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

GULF FRONT LIVING! Literally nothing between you and the beach but a stroll by the pool. This newly refurbished and renovated ground floor unit is conveniently located in the heart of the Beach Club, only a few steps away from multiple pools, the beach, and the club. Never ponder or be concerned with heights, small children on the balcony, or waiting for the elevators. This is a fully furnished and comfortably equipped second home, so you'll only need to bring your swimsuit, beach towel, and a bottle of sunscreen.

Our condo has been refurbished and upgraded with new appliances, furniture, and electronics to make your stay even more comfortable. Newly installed tile floors, granite countertops, and cabinets throughout the unit are complemented by Whirlpool stainless appliances. The living room has a 42” flat-screen TV, upconverting DVD player, and a sound system with I-Pod docking station. The bedroom offers a private bathroom, new king-sized bed, 32' flat-screen TV and another upconverting DVD player. A new queen-sized pull-out sofa and hidden bunks in the hallway complete our sleeping accommodations which, along with an additional half bath, comfortably house a family of six. Wireless internet access is also available if you desire to check in while on your getaway.

The Beach Club offers a traditional clubhouse with complete European-style health spa, fitness center, upscale restaurant/bar, and conditioned outdoor and indoor pools. Other amenities include eight lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, children's pools, basketball court, kid's playground, gazebo hot tubs, and more. A second restaurant and onsite marketplace with an ice cream and coffee shop are a short walk away. There is an optional per unit per day resort fee if you choose to use the Club/Spa facilities, which will entitle a guest to first-class amenities that can't be found at other complexes in the area.

If you venture outdoors, excellent recreation is plenteous in the warm gulf waters including shoreline, state pier, and/or chartered boat fishing. The nearby Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge offers renowned bird watching as well as untouched lowland wilderness and wetlands. Gorgeously manicured, championship golf courses (including closeby Peninsula and Kiva Dunes) dot the area and are their own feature destination for many. Excellent dining of all sorts is also abound as well as retail, specialty, and outlet shopping, which inclusively make the Alabama Gulf Coast a destination not to be missed.

Great family get away at this beautiful condo located in Fort Morgan, Alabama. The condo and grounds were as described and the owner of the property was friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative for a short-term or long-term stay.

This was the easiest rental experience that I have experienced. The owner bent over backwards to get me into the property on super short notice. The condo was described accurately in the listing. The furnishings were very clean and all appliances worked. I can state that when and if myself or any of my tennis friends have need of a condo, the owner is on my speed dial. I found that Ocean Pizza located 2 miles toward Fort Morgan inside a small store had excellent pizza. The restaurant on premise had a nice menu. The hideaway (bar on premises) was a nice place to relax and watch a ballgame.

We loved the unit...perfect for a last minute 2 night getaway - great ground floor location....comfy bed...so convenient to everything...restaurant, beach, and pool! The restaurant food (which is located only a few steps away) was wonderful too!
The owner was awesome to work with...so prompt, friendly, and accommodating!
If I had to mention one thing negative, it would be the trash chute, which is no fault of the owners! The complex needs to figure out another alternative to trash crashing!
Great place...book it!
