Stanza Mare is a beachfront condo community in a prime location on one of the top 10 Caribbean beaches. Take a swim in the most beautiful stretch of Punta Cana/Bavaro Beach and then relax by the Stanza Mare pool. Quieter than resorts or hotels, your apartment will quickly become your home for the week. The beach, grounds, buildings and pool are well kept and clean. The turquoise waters of the Caribbean are never out of sight, with the beach located just steps from your apartment.

The area is full of vibrant life with activities to suit everyone. Water activities include parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite flying, fishing, and boating. For the golfer, there are a number of world-class golf courses in the area to choose from. Many beachfront restaurants are just a short walk away. Also located close by is a sports bar, bakery, pharmacy, and several mini-grocery stores are all within walking distance. A short drive away is the Palma Real Village Mall, which boasts cinemas, the Hard Rock Cafe, and a host of other stores. Casinos, nightclubs, and an ecological reserve are also a short drive away.
