The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms and an open kitchen, dining, living room and breakfast area. There are four sliding doors from this area which give access to the large deck and great views of the water.
The master bedroom suite is over 450 sq. feet with one king and one single bed and bathroom with shower en suite. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The shared bathroom is at the end of the hall.
There is A/C throughout the house. Cable TV in the master bedroom suite and living area.
Full kitchen includes, full sized electric stove top with oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice in the door, coffee maker and electric counter top griddle. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware included.
Daily maid service available upon request at additional charge.

Tying up for a rental size boat to a private shared dock included in the rental.
If you have extra guest in your party, there are three smaller rental units on property and others in the Gilliam Bay area. Great area for large groups traveling together.
