Close to the Good Food Store on the Bike Trail

Wonderful Montana Rustic Townhome located just 3 blocks West of the Good Food Store and Russell Street. Located in a quiet area of town, this new home has many modern amenities and a cozy floor plan. The upper level hosts a nicely appointed kitchen with a gas range, living room/dining, a covered deck, master bedroom and bath.

The lower level features a second bedroom, bath, laundry room and garage.

The garage is set up for ping pong, and the Milwaukee Bike path is accessed from the property and runs along the river to downtown Missoula and the University.

There is a loft area on the upper level that can accomodate sleeping pads.

There is also a nice park like exercise area on the property.
