After a long day of skiing or shopping and dining on Main Street, come home to this comfortable and affordable studio condo at Prospector Square Lodging and Conference Center. Great in-town location, right on Park City's free bus line. A variety of restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.

The condo is comfortable and provides all the amenities of home. A full kitchen allows you to eat in if you don't feel like dining out, including a full range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all dishes. The bed is fitted with a deluxe mattress. A full-size pack-and-play crib is available for guests, upon request. This is a technologically modern room, with a flat-panel TV, digital cable, FREE WIFI, and an ipod/iphone docking station.

Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this condo is centrally located to provide easy access to all that Park City, Utah has to offer. The building has a digital keypad access for security. Located 1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 35 miles from the Salt Lake City Airport. Our building has a bus stop right out the front door to the free Park City bus service with access to Main Street, all ski areas, outlet malls, theaters, shopping and restaurants.

50% of rental rate required upon booking with balance due 10 days prior to check-in. No security deposit required, however a valid credit card number must be on file in order to rent.

The Prospector is simply one of the best locations in Park City! Close to everything, on the bus route, dining and shopping in the neighborhood....it's perfect for vacations. And since we are Sundance Film Festival lovers, this was perfect. We were introduced to this property while attending film screenings held on-site.

We truly loved our stay in this little condo. It was perfect for our stay in Park City over New Years. The best thing about it was the location. This condo complex is close to everything....just a few minutes from Main Street and all 3 ski resorts! We had considered staying at a "Kimball Junction" area condo. Don't do it!! It's too far!! This condo was so perfectly situated though. We had free offstreet parking, but didn't need it. We used the bus to get around everywhere, and since this condo is so close, it was a short ride everywhere. We've stayed at several condos in The Prospector in the past, but this one was definitely the best. It was CLEAN CLEAN. The full kitchen was FANTASTIC. You can't get a kitchen like this at the Marriott! We were able to save $ by making our own breakfast every morning. The updates were great...flat panel TV, granite countertops, stone backsplash, leather sofa. It had a nice feel to it, like home. We had free parking, free wifi. The bed was really, really comfy, with lots of pillows. We used the queen pullout bed, and it was surprisingly comfortable. You can tell it was a top-of-the line pullout bed...no "bar" in the middle. The owners were lovely to deal with. Quick communication. And the $$BEST RATES. They include cleaning fees and tax IN THE RENTAL RATE, so with no extra fees, we felt like we really got our money's worth. They didn't nickle and dime us like other owners! And they left complimentary coffee for our first morning's stay, which was great. We took the easy shuttle bus to the grocery store the morning after check in to stock up. We saved tons of money by cooking in the full kitchen, but liked that we were close to several restaurants so we could eat out if we wanted to. Would we stay here again? Definitely!! This was a rare, special find for us in Park City. We'll come back again and again, and consider it our new "home away from home".
