4 BDRM TOWNHOME OVERLOOKS RIVER, 10-20 MIN to 4 MAJOR SKI AREAS!

This gorgeous, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome will accommodate up to 10 people and backs right up to the Blue River in Silverthorne. Large open livingroom, kitchen and dining area on the main level, with the private jacuzzi located on the patio and overlooks the river! Large, flat-screen TV in the livingroom, a DVD, and free wi-fi. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and comes fully equipped with all dishes and pots and pans, and glassware/silverware. The main level also has a 2-car garage, a 1/2 bath, and a laundryroom with full size washer & dryer. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and three more bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and a bath off of this bedroom with a shower and separate jetted tub. It also has a TV. The second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed and have a shared, full bath between the 2 bdrms. Each of these bedrooms has a TV. The 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (3 singles and 1 double). This townhome will sleep a maximum of 10 people.

The complex in which the townhome is located is beautifully maintained and is only about a mile and a half from I-70. The free shuttle bus picks up a short walk from the townhome and will take you to all of the towns of Summit County, as well as Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and A-Basin.

A stay at our townhome will be the highlight of your vacation in Summit County.
