The kitchen is located in this large room with beautiful green granite countertops, custom white cabinets, all built-in stainless appliances including a espresso machine, three-high top chairs, and a sliding door to the deck area.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor offering a king bed, flat screen TV, comfortable chair and desk , sliding door to the deck area, custom window treatments for privacy and a large private bathroom with double sink, Jacuzzi tub, separate stone shower with double shower heads, and walk-in closets. Fifteen steps take you to the second level, which is where you will find the remaining two bedrooms. The first has a king bed, flat screen TV, tall ceilings, and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids in the family with two bunk beds (4 twins), two chairs and two bean bags, flat screen TV, and a private bath also with a tub/shower combination.
Outdoors amenities include a private setting with plenty of seating, hot tub, and large salt water pool. Ride your bike, take the brand new red trolleys or a short 5 minute drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club where you will have access to the beach as well as two beachside restaurants, kids club activities and a sundries store. Bikes can be rented across the street at the Plantation Club or you can call Pedals and have them delivered right to your front door.
Sea Pines also offers a large forest preserve with 3 lakes, one of which is stocked with fish and only for children plus an extensive acreage of wildlife including birds, alligators and turtles. Further into Sea Pines you will find Lawton Stables where you can take guided horse tours and let the kids enjoy themselves in the petting zoo. Harbour Town and South Beach are not to be missed and are a short 5 minute drive or take the Trolley as it makes several stops at all the major attractions throughout Sea Pines.
