One of the finest 2/2's you'll find at Majestic Sun. Located on the Penthouse level 11th floor, it offers sweeping ocean views from the balcony as well as golf course and bay view from the bedroom side. Rental includes an assigned, underground private parking space for your car and beach bikes with direct elevator access to the 11th floor. Extensive upgrades include new granite counters, new faucets, new air conditioning, new stainless appliances, new front loader washer/dryer, new wood floors in bedrooms, Flat panel tv's in living room, and bedrooms. Good quality mattresses. Majestic Sun Condo HOA rules require that all rentals must have one person age 25 or older present in the condo for the duration of the stay. Since this is a new property rental listing we have another rental property with many past guest reviews that we can send you upon request.
