Beautiful 5 bed room 3 1/2 bath Lake Home

This gorgus 5 bed room 3 1/2 bath newly built home will blow you away. One King Suite, one Queen suite, Bed room 3 has a Queen bed, bed room 4 has a full bed, and bed room 5 has 4 twin beds (The bunk room). A large game room, a spacious rear deck overlooking the lake and forest, a covers front porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen, living room has a fire place and large flat screen satellite TV.
About John & Marie Gorgas

We have traveled all of our lives and set down our roots when we purchased Rocky Branch Resort 22 years ago. After remodeling the lodge we started buying houses and cabins in the area. In 09 we built the Captains Quarters new to meet the needs of our guests.

Why John & Marie Gorgas chose Beaver Lake

We built this property new in 2009. We need a house that could house a larger group of people comfortably. 5 Bed rooms, 3 1/2 baths and a large game room. The only way we could accomplish this was to build new. This beautifully furnished house will take your breath away.

What makes this house unique

This area of the lake is really special. The lake is beautiful and clear, the state forest is lush and green. And the attractions in the area are unique: The War Eagle Mill, War Eagle Caverns, A lion refuge, Park Visitor Center, Walmart Corporate Head Quarters and first store, and the new Crystal Bridges Art Center. And don't forget the miles of trails.

We are 4 miles from the War Eagle Mill and Caverns. 4 miles to the state park visitor center. There are miles of trails for hiking & mountain biking .

Comments: Just had to write and say "Thank you" for another wonderful Vickmar family reunion. The Captain's Quarters was THE perfect place for all of us. The only complaint I have is that our time was too short! Hopefully next time we can add a day or two. Y'all are awesome hosts with beautiful properties! Thank you again.
