A Perfect Place to Call Your Home in Miraflores!!!

We were looking for a clean & charming home for a week. We found exactly that. We were met by friendly, building security staff upon arrival and handed our keys. (We were greeted each time we departed or arrived & felt very safe knowing our possessions were secure with the attentive staff!)
Our apartment was exactly as the owner described & even more spacious than we thought it might be. We travel often & were pleasantly surprised to find the accommodations spotlessly clean as one might find in a high end, hotel property.
The full kitchen, laundry facilities, 2 full baths & extra large, king size bed made for a very relaxing stay. After several busy days in bustling Lima, we longed for our comfortable king bed and couldn't wait to feel the ocean breeze lull us to sleep. The spare bedroom & extra closet space came in handy as well. The den / sitting room, became a cozy refuge. The large living / dining room was put to good use as we entertained our guests.
Other than the sounds of Miraflores coming to life each day, we rarely heard any of our next door neighbors in the building. Finding a relaxing, quiet, home in the city is a rarity, but fortunately, we did.
Each day, (quite often in fact) we took the 3-5 minute walk to Larcomar, the exquisitely beautiful, indoor / outdoor mall & dining area overlooking the Pacific Ocean. With the stunning views along the sea wall walkway, the immaculate gardens and lush green parks, this is a photographer's dream! The best part was, it's all steps away from our front door.
Our experience in Miraflores & with the unit owner was excellent. Each question was addressed immediately. The attentive customer service was exceptional, right down to making sure we had the correct pass codes for the high-speed internet in the home. This was handy, as we had international computer work to do as well as the occasional iChat with friends & family at home to show off our local digs! The band width was excellent, as promised, for all we had to do.
I have already recommended our vacation home to friends whom it may come in handy for. Whether or not a car is needed to get around, there is on-site parking as well as plenty of cabs to get you anywhere you desire. We found all we needed just outside our front door. Food, sights, shopping & beauty!
Miraflores / Lima, has many beautiful sights & the double decker bus at Larcomar is a perfect way to see it all. This was a dream trip we will make again soon!
