Designer furnished Architectural Gem! One Little Harbor Way is a magical private home. Featuring gorgeous furnishings and luxury amenities, it offers an upscale experience. The heart of the home features a formal living room, formal dining room, an open kitchen, breakfast room and large family room. There are high ceilings and an open floor plan with skylights. The family room has a 50' plasma HDTV and audiophile surround sound for a home theater experience. The master suite features a tray ceiling, a wonderful king bed, a 40 LED Ultra flat HDTV with surround sound, and a walk-in closet. Through French doors there is a gorgeous outdoor living area completely furnished with an oversize jacuzzi, a fire pit, separate sitting and dining areas, a pond and cabana drapes. The master bath is large with his and her's granite vanities, a large soaking tub, separate oversize shower, and separate commode room. The location is prime -- an Award Winning Blue Wave Beach, Fishing Pier, and a Charming Seaside Village are a short walk (less than 1/2 mi). A Publix Grocery Store, Gym, Spa, Salon, Shops, Boutiques and a myriad of International Restaurants including French, Brazilian, Indian, Irish, Italian, New York Deli, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Thai,and more are located across the street.

About Bob Sefton

This home was originally a full time residence for us. We chose this home because of its unique architecture and wonderful location. Deerfield Beach is a lovely beach town without looming high-rises and a small town feel. It is very close to all that South Florida has to offer. I am 49 years old and owned an interior design company in California for many years. This property is not a typical vacation rental -- it really feels like a home due to the beautiful decor, artwork and furnishings. We have been vacation renting this home for about four years and have many happy return clients. We look forward to sharing the beauty of South Florida and special Deerfield Beach with you.

    DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT - A REFUNDABLE SECURITY/DAMAGE deposit in the amount of $500 is required. It will be refunded in full after departure provided:

    -No smoking inside the home has occurred
    -Guest has vacated premises at or prior to 11 A.M. (otherwise a fee of $75 for each additional hour will be deducted)
    •No damage is done to the home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
    •All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash container, and soiled dishes are cleaned.
    •All keys are left on the kitchen table and home is left locked.
    •All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
    •No linens are removed

My wife and I traveled here from North Carolina and rented this house so that we could be with my 94 yr old uncle and my cousins who live in FL. for Thanksgiving Dinner. The property is everthing the Listing describes but even better! Everything was extremely neat and clean. This house is decorated so uniquely beautiful. The owner met us here and showed us around the property. He is really nice and customer friendly. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative. My family wants us back here for Christmas. They loved it. It is so convenient to anything you may need to shop for. It is located in a great neighborhood. Nice enjoyable walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

We rented the house to stay close to our daughter's. The house was perfectly located at walking distance to the beach and there were several shops and services across the street. We found everything we needed in the house and it also had a great floor plan. We had a nice time at the hot tub! We definitely have plans to come back.

We rented this beautiful home because we were going to be in the area for the BCS National Championship Game. The owner was super helpful and always responded to any questions I had prior to our visit.

This home was emaculate and the pictures shown do not do this home justice. In the past, we have rented several homes in Florida but have never been as pleased as we were with this one. It included everything we needed for our stay. The home is spacious and we were all very comfortable. Our favorite part is the outdoor living space. From the fire pit to the hot tub it was awesome.

We plan to visit this area again and will definately stay in this home.

Fantastic Retreat!

We had a very positive experience start to finish.
They were very responsive to our inquiries before and during our stay.
We do alot of traveling, but mostly stay in hotels. This was the first time renting a house for our trip.
When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that the online pics did not do this house justice. It felt like a home, not a rental. Everything was clean and easy to find/fiqure out. We could cook and stay in or go out to the many restaurants nearby. We love the beach and the local one was quick to get to. It is close to several freeways to get to where ever we wanted to go, but when at the house we felt totally secluded.
Our favorite part of the place was the outside porch/jacuzzi/firepit area...SO private and felt like a tropical high end retreat!
We will definitely do these types of rentals in the future and hope to rent this one again next year! Maybe we will even share it with friends and family (or not) since there is plenty of room.
Nothing really bad to report! The only problem we had was working the BIG TV system, but they were easy to contact and walked us thru it over the phone. It should be noted that we have trouble with our own system too!! Haha!

GREAT HOUSE

The property is great. Very nice decorated and nicly located in the heart of Deerfield Beach.
Walking distance to all necesarry stores like Publix, Wallgreens etc.
Beach is great too. Clean sand and beautiful, clear and warm water.
Ocean in that place was 85F those days.
Owners very helpful and responsive eather.
You can't go wrong renting this house and going for vacations to Deerfield Beach.
