Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across the street... Stay here for your beach wedding / family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large grill in the enclosed picnic area (on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your villa window...

Mike is friendly and has enjoyed raising a family, working, and living in beautiful Bradenton for over 17 years, only 2 miles away from this beautiful panoramic beach view property and has no plans to leave. Mike, owner of Salty Living Island Rentals & Property Services, LLC. (SLIRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Park, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your villa. Addition public parking is on the East side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or daily visitors.

What makes this villa unique

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it. Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short free Trolley ride away. The sand dollar white beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach scuba (ask me), and other water craft rentals are a short walk down the beach. Just let me know what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and I'll be happy to point you in the right direction… Wedding parties can walk from this location to the Beach House restaurant (across the street on the beach) or the Gulf Drive cafe (on the beach) for all wedding arrangements... Wow!!! This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was exactly as the description and pictures portray. The location is so close to everything! My husband and I were looking for a nice getaway for our tenth anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! The owner, Mike, called me before we arrived and even stopped by once we were there to make sure we had what we needed. We were very comfortable for our stay.
Anna Maria Island- The whole island has this amazing feel, like no one is really stressed or in a hurry. My husband and I said we were on "island time" while we were there. I have never felt so relaxed! The sunsets are beautiful! We even saw dolphins swimming not far from the beach!
This place has it all: If you're a beach bum, the beach is right across the street, and beach chairs and an umbrella are provided, along with towels. Within a short walking distance, there are many shops and restaurants. If you like to explore, there are tons of places to walk around near the ocean or bay, or Sarasota is about 1/2 hour away and Tampa is 1 hour away.
Next time we come to the area, we are definitely planning to stay here!
