We started coming to the Sunbird as guests and loved the place from the start. We know there are bigger properties and fancier properties but there is nothing like this place. It's relatively small and and each unit is memorable in the way it express' the personality and individualism of the owners. Over the last few years we have looked at a lot of condos with a eye to possible purchases. Our 809 West unit caught our eye from the start. First, of all it has a spectacular view down the beach. In the morning you can take you cup of coffee, open the sliding glass door and step out on to the balcony and relax. The beach and the ocean are so close. Take the elevator down and a few steps and you are on the beach.

The docor is unique to this unit. The whole place has just been recently updated and is ready for the next guest. This is just the place you want to be after a day on the beach. Nothing beats parking immediate adjucent to the building. Having to hunt for a parking place, drag your luggage and family through a parking ramp, across the road and then wait on an elevator is a miserable start to a vacation and that's an experience we felt our guests could bypass. Come and stay in our 809 unit at the Sunbird, it have everything you need for your vacation.

The Sunbird is something really special. It's very family friendly but also loved by older couples. The location can't be beat. Near all the things you and your family will want to do. The unit is fully equipped so you can dine in and enjoy fresh seafood purchased near by or walk a few feet to Pineapple Willeys, Dee's Hangout or down the beach to Spinners. The pace at Sunbird affords you plenty of time around the pool, beach or simply enjoying the deck outside your unit with a cup of coffee or your favorite drink as the sunsets.
