2 bedroom 2 bath unit with Gulf Views

Unique penthouse corner unit in a small 6 unit private complex on Indian Rocks Beach. Our 1200 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit gives you plenty of room to spread out. The unit is fully furnished to meet your needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with 2 sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV's. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a night in. Chill out and watch TV on the 50 in. flat panel, or pop your favorite movie into the DVD player. In the evening, relax on the balcony and enjoy the Gulf view and fabulous sunsets. Other furnishings include a full size washer and dryer and a closet with beach chairs and toys.

Come enjoy all that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer! Our wonderful climate means year round enjoyment of activities ranging from water sports, biking and fishing, to just relaxing on the beach. Paddle board in the Gulf, charter a fishing excursion, play a round of golf at any of the fine courses or just relax and take in the beautiful sunsets. Journey over to the Clearwater Aquarium or Busch Gardens for the day. Take a ferry over to Caladesi Island and explore this state park, with beaches, nature trails and a children's playground. For nightlife, head a few miles south to John's Pass Village loaded with fabulous restaurants and shopping.

The condo was everything we thought it would be! It's very spacious and was the perfect amount of room for our family of four! We will definitely rent this again!

Perfect Escape

We were delayed in getting to the sun in Florida due to the blizzard. But when we did arrive it was perfect. The condo is very spacious and very comfortably furnished. Everything was there for us. We just needed to bring our clothes! Indian Rocks Beach is beautiful and we were just steps away.
The other people in the building (only 3 other units were occupied) were kind and helpful.
We would definitely go back. The owners were very kind and tried help us extend our stay. But work and Mother Nature prevented us from taking them up on their offers.

Enjoyed our stay at this super clean, well-maintained condo with great views of the Gulf and surrounding areas from the unit's three balconies. The entire facility was awesome from the parking area, common areas, elevator and the unit itself. All of the amenities needed to enjoy your vacation (like a home away from home) are provided in this condo. The location is close to many really nice and reasonably priced restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return to this unit for a future vacation!
