Wake in the mornings from the master bedroom or second bedroom and step through the sliding glass doors right on to the pool deck. Enjoy the big Florida birds, as they glide over the lake, while you sip your morning coffee. At bedtime, relax in a warm bath in the garden tub and enjoy a restful nights sleep in our luxury beds. The high quality furnishings and décor make this home stand out from the rest.

Dine in the formal dining room or have a casual meal in the breakfast nook in the kitchen. The large kitchen has all amenities including small appliances and place settings for 8 plus. All linens are included and there is a washer and dryer for your use.

Poolside, there is a table with 4 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and 2 cocktail tables plus a rack to hang your pool towels. The pool is solar heated and can be heated electrically for an additional charge in the cooler months. There is also a Foosball and ping pong table in the carpeted garage for your use.

The Unique Benefits at this House: I love being on the water (any water really) and my home is on a small lake. I can't tell you the countless times I have seen wildlife--otters, turtles, fox, sandhill cranes, ibis, egrets, heron and lots of other birds I had to look up. Having the conservation area to look at beyond the lake makes it even more peaceful. Plus you don't have to look at someone else's fence.

Why Carol chose Eagle Pointe

During a family vacation in 2003 we rented a home for our stay. There were 8 of us and it was so roomy for everyone and the cost was only about $125 per person for the entire week! What a deal! We had a wonderful kitchen and our very own pool--did not have to share with lots of others in a community pool.

After that it was obvious that this was the only way to go for more than one person. I shopped around and found a home at a great location in Kissimmee. It was important that I have a home close enough to Disney World so that one could come home mid day for a rest if needed (at least I did). Since my home is only 8 miles from the gates of Disney World this home was ideal.

Myself and my family plus many others have enjoyed staying in my home. I have recently redecorated it making it even more appealing. It is a little oasis--yet close to everything central Florida has to offer. Once you rent my home, you will never go back to a hotel. I hope you will come back to my home, as many people have returned for another stay.

This newly decorated luxury lakefront, 4 bedroom pool home is located only 8 miles or 15 minutes from Disney World and only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Enjoy your days relaxing by the pool, fishing in the lake or playing at any of the nearby attractions.

Shopping, restaurants, Super Walmart and dinner theater are all within minutes.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed your rental home in Florida . The location was very convenient and the house looked spectacular.

The house is decorated beautifully and was extremely comfortable. Thankfully the weather was cooperative for the wedding. Everything went off well. Thank you for a great stay!!
