My fiance and I stayed here 5 nights in April. By the pictures, we were expecting it to be a little off course from the main attractions of Siesta Key, but this is literally right across the beach and an easy 10 minute walk on Beach Road to shops/restaurants. If walking is a problem, you can always call up Siesta Free Ride, which is a taxi service that runs off of tips only. Very clean property that included beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, and a variety of kitchen utensils. Highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, location, and all around great value! We were extremely satisfied with our stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for my boyfriend and I's vacation. Absolutely perfect for the two of us, great location (right across the street from the beach and a half mile, or so, from Siesta Key Village!), clean, modern, and comfortable furniture. Be sure to grab T.P. and any other consumables you may want on hand from the market.

The staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions/ problems.

My husband and I and our two boys stayed in this 377 ft studio. I was a little worried at first that it may be too small. It was perfect! Completely functional for our week inSiesta key. We come every year and it is right across the street from a beach access, it is private, parking was not an issue. The furnishings like sheets, comforters, towels are all top notch. They provide a cooler, beach umbrella. Don't let the pictures full you there is a ton of storage and the table will seat 4 comfortably. Chairs are in closet until you need them. Best value on the key. Not sure why anyone would pick a hotel room over this place!

A great little spot. The location was right across from beach access and you could walk everywhere on the key to get what you needed. We locked ourselves out and the owners were super quick to help us out! We may have missed the instructions to bring your own TP and paper products, but everything else was provided. It was very clean and newly updated/furnished. The only negative thing I can say is that the water never got warm enough to my liking. The weather was bad so I'm not sure if the outside temps had something to do with it. This being said I still would not stay any place else next time. I'm very picky and would recommend this rental to any couple who just wanted to get away, relax, and enjoy the beach (as long as it does not rain)!

Within easy walk of town, a bonus! No problems checking in, every thing tidy and clean, the only grumble no kettle for morning cuppa, and Luke warm water from the shower. We had a lovely few days would recommend to any one.
