You'll love this charming Ocean Block 3 bedroom home in a very desirable area of Bethany. Less than 400 feet to the Beach and 5 blocks to downtown Bethany and the Boardwalk. Easy stroll to drugstore, restaurants and all that Bethany has to offer. Enjoy live entertainment every weekend during the season at the Bandstand on the Boardwalk. The Bethany shuttle stop is less than 300 feet from the house and there is parking for two cars in the driveway plus an additional parking pass for street parking for a third.

The home features a large open floor plan with sunken sitting room, with a 32 inch flat screen television/DVD, large dining area, Florida room and fully applianced kitchen, wireless Internet, washer and dryer. The upstairs master bedroom suite has a queen bed and twin trundle bed and 32 inch television/DVD and chaise lounge with its own full bathroom and a small balcony. A loft overlooks the first floor and provides additional sleeping quarters with a brand new queen size sofa bed. Two downstairs bedrooms one with a new queen and one with new twin beds. Comforters, blankets and bed pillows are included. Sheets, bath towels and beach towels are not included. Linens are optional. Outside there is a raised private sun deck, BBQ gas grill and a private outdoor shower. Check in time is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 10 am. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday from June 8th thru August 30th.

What makes this house unique

If the renter cancels 30 days or more in advance of check-in day, there is a cancellation fee. We will do our best to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented there will be no additional fees due and your deposits will be refunded by the first day of your canceled rental period less the $500 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will forfit your entire deposit. If the renter cancels 30 days or less all deposits are forfeited.
