This nicely decorated condo features a sumptuous King size bed in the main bedroom and two Twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room also has a good sized Sofa.
It has a fully equipped kitchen featuring refrigerator, stovetop range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. It also contains all cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and silverware to prepare and setup a great meal.
The condo comes equipped with a computer station featuring a PC computer, printer, scanner, and fax with high speed wired and wireless internet.

This property is part of the only direct ocean balcony view line in the building. They offer the best premium views and experience for beach lovers.
The views from the balcony AND both the living room and the master bedroom are unparalleled.
But it was true! Everything in the description is accurate.
The oceanfront view from the 6th floor is gorgeous and the safety glass railing is such that you can enjoy views of the pool and courtyard from the balcony as well. There are comfortable fabric seat folding chairs to take out to the balcony for gazing when not on the beach or poolside.
The grounds maintenance is impeccable: 2 pools for the 2 buildings, lovely bricked couryards, grass lawns, and thatched shade structures. The beach is flat and well-maintained. An independent vendor provides beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for $25 per day. We bought 2 folding beach chairs to use instead.
The condo itself is very clean with floor to ceiling windows in livingroom and master bedroom, with operable screened windows on the south side for the sound of the ocean at all times. There is a computer with guest access for all internet search needs, and 2 large TVs with comcast channels. The kitchen is roomy and fine for vacation cooking needs.
The building is secure with electronic key to beach and front entrance, and valet parking for $5 a day. There is a new mini-mart with fresh deli foods prepared onsite and convenience store items on the ground floor. Recycling is available on each floor.
The location is excellent on the south end of Hollywood Beach, across the street from Crowne Plaza hotel where both the beach trolley and water taxi stop.
Ian, the agent for the owner, was very helpful in making the arrangements and getting us settled. We were very pleased and look forward to our return!
