I personally own or lease, on a long-term basis, all of the homes presented on this website. Some vacation rentals are managed by anonymous property managers or rented on websites by rental agents that have never even been in the property! Not these properties, I personally supervise their management and maintenance. I have been traveling and staying in vacation rentals for over 20 years. I’ve stayed in some very nice properties but I have also been very disappointed by others. In Hawaii I stayed in a home that was described as ‘waterfront with snorkeling right outside the door.’ But though the house was, technically, on the waterfront, the shore was coral with huge waves. Anyone trying to snorkel would have been bashed into the coral rock and cut to shreds! In another home we arrived to find that it had no window coverings and the bedrooms were all on the east side of the home so it was impossible to sleep past 6:00 a.m. I was trained as an architect, have practiced interior design and home renovation, I have developed vacation homes all over North and Central America. I know what you expect as a discerning traveler and strive to meet those expectations. I’m supported by a local property manager and ground crew that shares my goals. I understand that when you are planning a vacation you have a limited amount of time to enjoy the property and so it’s a big deal that the amenities are in good working order, the pool clean and the property comfortable, well-located and pleasingly appointed. Since I frequently stay in these properties myself, I ensure that your stay will be perfect!
