2BR and 2BA Fully Equipped Condo Between Monterey and Santa Cruz

Our oceanfront 2BR and 2 BA condo is located on the top floor facing sunset offers spectacular ocean and sunset views from living room, balcony and master bedroom. This condo has high ceilings with lot of natural light. This is the most desirable condo for relaxation giving you lot of privacy. The famous Pajaro Dunes is located on Central Coast between Santa Cruz and Monterey. This is a gated community with 24 hour security on board. This is fairly new listing, therefore, no reviews.

This unit sleeps about 5 people with a spacious master bedroom and a guest bedroom, accomodating couples, children and/or grandparents. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and utensils. Towels/linens are provided. Amenities include 42” flat panel TV, books and games. All furniture is brand new.

Golf at world renowned courses 40 minutes to the south, shop at nearby Santa Cruz, Carmel, Monterey, or drive about an hour north to San Francisco for the day.

This is one of the best Pajaro Dunes vacation rentals overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean (Monterey Bay) and Sunset State Beach. Pets are not permitted due to condominium association rules. This is a non smoking condo.

This fully equipped third-level condo has a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. There's plenty of room to relax in this clean and comfortable condo, and the beach is just a few steps away.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Monterey was only a 30 minute drive to the south, and Santa Cruz just 20 minutes to the north.

The staff in the guard office were very polite and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants to be at the coast at an affordable price, without all the crowds, and feel like they are enjoying a private location where the beach and ocean is your main focus.

Shining Shorebirds

We had a very enjoyable week-long stay at the Shorebirds at Pajaro Dunes. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view from the third level was great. The beach is nice and private, with the ocean water bluer than I anticipated. Going south to Monterey or north to Santa Cruz is easy and quick. The staff in the guard office are very nice and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to get away to the California coast and be able to do it at an affordable price without all the crowds.

Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed here in March for a short getaway. The condo is lovely and very comfortable. All the basics for preparing meals were provided. The view from the master bedroom and living room/kitchen areas is beautiful! What a wonderful view to wake up in the morning and fabulous sunsets to watch in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!
