The Lux Estate Villa located in Pearland, Texas is just a short 15 Minute drive from the Texas Medical Center located at 610 & 288 Freeways, and only a 17 Minute drive from Downtown Houston, Texas. This makes the Lux Estate Villa a perfect private oasis and hideaway, bringing to you dining and entertainment, the Toyota Center, and the BallPark just a short drive, while giving you complete and total privacy on this 7 Acre Estate.
Once in, through the private gated entry, an 8,500 Square Foot Mansion awaits, complete with a private pool and indoor Jacuzzi, bird sanctuary, dreamlike wooden bridge over a ravine, and wooded areas perfect for exploring.
This estate comfortably holds up to 500 guests outside the main Villa and additional 500 guests further from the main Villa, with no close by neighbors, which makes it the perfect Villa for events, gatherings and weddings. Parking is never a problem with driveways, and expanded additional parking behind the groundskeeper’s quarters (another 3,600 square foot structure), located separate and apart from the main Villa.
Once inside the mansion, 6- large suites ranging from 700 square feet to 900 square feet each with private & en-suite bathrooms, pool front views, comfortably sleep a family or group of 24 when reserving the entire Mansion.
** Note: we do not offer tours of our vacation rental properties, so please do not ask for us to make an exception. *** Will provide all Guests a contract upon reservation confirmation. Check- In Instructions are provided 24 hours prior to arrival for domestic travelers and 48 hours prior to check in for international travelers.
50% of Reservation amount due at time of booking. Balance of reservation amount due 60 days prior to arrival/check-in date on reservation contract. 50% refund after reservation is made prior to 30 days of check in. no refunds within 60 days of check in, unless trip cancellation insurance is purchased. All refunds within 60 days of check in date must go through the trip cancellation insurance policy provider. Trip Cancellation Insurance is Optional if you are concerned about refunds due to weather, and unforseen circumstances. We do not sell insurance, you must source your own. Accidental Damage Insurance is Available, but does not waive our security deposit requirement.
Hotel and Lodging State and Local Taxes Apply to Stays Under 29 Days as Required.
Maximum Occupany is 24 Persons- this Includes: Guests, Guests of Guests and Guests 'Not Staying' and 'Just Visiting'. Over 24 Persons on Property Must Pay for the 'Event Rate'.
All Parties over 24 Persons exceeding the maximum occupancy of this property are referred to as 'Events' (Family Gatherings Also).
