The second bedroom features a double bed. The second bathroom has a shower bath combo and a single sink. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and are located in the upstairs loft (both are enclosed bedrooms, not open) with a half bathroom. The upstairs loft area has an entertainment center with couch and a 42' flat screen TV. The living room has a 32” flat screen TV, DVD, gas fireplace, and soft and chairs. Several sliding glass doors allow easy access to the upper deck. The lower deck is huge.
The lower level has a fitness room and sauna and another full bathroom with shower and single sink. Laundry room and double car garage access. All linens and towels provided.
The 1200 sq ft of outside decking offers privacy for the perfect place to relax (and while no smoking is allowed inside, we provide sand buckets should you wish to smoke on the deck). With the gas grill, it’s also the perfect place to cook and dine. Or enjoy preparing gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen as you enjoy the mountain vistas. The kitchen includes full size appliances, including refrigerator with ice/water in the door, electric stove with self cleaning oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find sharp knives, multitude of pots, pans and bake dishes, pizza pans, hand mixer, toaster, blender, and coffee grinder and maker. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Lush, green and serene, the home is remarkably close to historic Asheville, with abundant shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment. Just 9 miles away is the world famous Biltmore House. Also visit the world famous Grove Park Inn & Spa less than 6 miles away, walk around Beaver Lake or Lake Louise, or picnic alongside the French Broad River only a 2 mile drive. Cruise the Blue Ridge Parkway, just 9 miles away.
