Plenty of room to gather as a group or get away and enjoy some alone time. Home also has big professional grade elevator making it easy for those who are less mobile and private beach access right off pool. Everything is brand new Spring 2013. From fabulous patio furniture with multiple rockers, patio tables, custom built porch swing/beds by Ron Tartt, 3 levels of decks to take in the amazing oceanfront views, 2 full kitchens to 500thread count sheets and luxury mattresses in all bedrooms, this home will have it all!! We want to have the very best home for both our renters and our own family. This home offers many upgrades which include but are not limited to ALL brand new furniture, top of the line beds, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, designer bedding, new color scheme, stainless appliances and a coastal chic decor. We will not be keeping/ using any furniture from the previous owners. We do not put rental type furniture/patio furniture in them. Home has 5 king bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 queens, 1 bedroom with 3 queens and 1 bedroom with custom built in bunk beds with 6 queens. Carolina/Kure Beach is a wonderful family beach and fun things to do for kids of all ages. With great shopping, restaurants, weekly fireworks and movies on the beach, NC aquarium is 3 miles away and the city of Wilmington only minutes away, you will always have something to do...that is if relaxing in a luxurious oceanfront home with private pool/hot tub and beach access isn't quite enough.
