With geothermal cooling and heating, upgraded insulation and recently installed solar energy for electricity, the Ledlow is probably one of the greenest beach houses built.

The house can be rented as three 4 bedroom 4 bath units that can combine into a 8 or 12 bedroom, 8 or 12 bath vacation home. The entry level floor (which is about 12 ft up on pilings). is very open with Kitchen flowing into the dining area flowing into living area overlooking out to deck and Gulf. One bedroom is on this floor with 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom are on next floor. Is handicap accessible with ramp, and 1 handicap bedroom and bathroom. So you have the choice of a 1930sq ft 4 bdrm 4 bath unit, the entire house of almost 5800 sq. ft. or something in between.
