In town 3 bdrm/3 bath home with family room, large yard and deck.

Nicely appointed, comfy home with fully stocked kitchen, family room and 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two master bedrooms have attached baths. Queen size bed in each bdrm. Good storage in closets and dressers. The home sleeps 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is easy to work in with all appliances including microwave and coffee maker. The dining area seats 6 comfortably.

Three televisions are provided in upper and lower living spaces and master bdrm. Stereo provided in lower level living space.

The family room is a nice respite after a day on the slopes or at the beach. The bright room provides a view of the the backyard and trees from the couch through the sliding doors to the deck.

The large deck off of the family room, overlooking the large backyard, provides a nice opportunity for outdoor dining at umbrella tables and relaxation as well as a nice play space for adults and kids alike. Enjoy some time under the umbrella with a cool beverage on one of the many sunny days in summer.

This home is located within walking distance to all the town has to offer - shops, restaurants and take-out, tennis courts, playgrounds, marina, beach, grocery, boat and bike rentals, and churches.

There is a laundry room on the lower level to minimize the need to haul extra bags on planes.

Cancellations will be reimbursed if dedicated effort provides replacement renter. Ten percent fee charge will be withheld if successful in re-renting.

Fees And Taxes

Taxes are already included in the cost of rental.
Cleaning fee of $150 is additional.

Refundable damage deposit of $200 is required. Refund will be sent within 10 days upon post rental inspection.
FYI - In 3 yrs of renting, only once has a portion of deposit been withheld.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

What a wonderful cottage. Spent a week with friends in this comfortable, professionally decorated, sparkling clean home. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, as well as the wonderful kitchen and living room. The yard and patio are perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Enjoyed all the great restaurants and shopping close by. The beach is beautiful . There is so much to do in the area (spring, summer, fall and winter). Looking forward to going back very soon.

The advertised descriptions and photos were very accurate. The house was clean and comfortable. Barb has a house for rent next door that I stayed at previously. Both places were great. We enjoyed Pond Hill Farm, which is a 10 minute drive down scenic route M119. We had lunch and a wine tasting there. Great fun at the farm! Out state road about 10 minutes was a restaurant called The Fish. The meal was delightful - great fish dishes! We will come back next year again (maybe even a fall trip first) to beautiful Harbor Springs and stay at one of Barb's great houses. For price and location, we thought we got a good deal.

During the Christmas holidays our family rented Barb's Dimora which is next door to this home also owned by Barb. We rented this home for Presidents weekend to ski at Nubs Nob. This place is perfect. Nice bright and clean. Barb has is so well equipped. It has all the comforts of home. We highly recommend this as the perfect family get away.

We stayed a week in heaven, God’s Country! The house was CLEAN and spacious, the beds were luxurious. With a huge driveway there was plenty of room for me and my husband and two other couples who shared the expenses with us to park. It was such a beautiful place, the house, the town and the experiences. Already planning our next stay!
