This Villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood in downtown Cape Coral. Close to all the restaurants, Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach. This very spacious corner lot (18417 sq feet) is located right on the canal for your easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel. The spacious lot gives you beautiful views over the canal as well as the much appreciated privacy during your vacation. The lanai area has perfect south exposure so you really can enjoy the lovely oversized pool. The area has a lot of space for both sun bathing and play as well as a spacious dinner area and BBQ grill.

The Villa offers 1841 sq ft with A/C, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate TV room and living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom as well as the second bedroom both have King size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each bedroom.

The villa offers WiFi so you can use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The pool area is very spacious and has a oversized pool. This pool has a new cleaning technique which means using a much more gentile type of chlorine. This is much appreciated by guests with allergies as well as families with small children.
