The townhouse is behind the main house. It can accommodate 4-6 people. One bedroom has king size bed, the second one has queen size bed, sleep sofa in the living room 1,5 bathrooms. Price par night $155+$100 cleaning +taxes 3%
Apartment #1: has 4 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms. Each room has queen size bed, only the attic is a big space with queen size bed, single bed and sleep sofa. Sleeps 8-10 people. Price per night $300 +$120 cleaning +%3 tax

Location to public transportation: 4 min to walk to the T- red line Fields Corner stop. Red line is the most convenient line in Boston which connects you to any directions you need to go. The South Station is the 5th stop from the house. T-red line is 4 min to walk Fields corner stop: inbound to the center of the city Downtown Crossing stop, continues to Mass General Hospital, MIT, Harvard on the same line direct.
Things to do in Dorchester area:
You can end your day in the ocean for sunbath, swim or nice walk in Castle Island (Historical site). JFK Library and Museum, UMASS Boston are in Dorchester two stops from the house.

From Logan airport: you can have a free ride by taking the Silver line and changing to T-red line Ashmont train, outbound to the Fields corner. Taxi will cost $35+tip
From the South Station: T-red line Ashmont train, outbound to Fields corner it may be $15-20,
Safety: It is save to walk from T station to the house even late nights.
In front of the house is a Vietnamese Buddhist center and the back of the house is the of the branch of Boston police station. It is very safe between two of them :)
~ The highway (93) and the Mass Pike (90) are a short drive away.

The library, shopping and eating places just around the corner (Blarney Stone is a nice place to eat on the corner).
About a 5-10 min quick drive gets you to South Bay shopping center, where there is a supermarket, large Asian grocery store, Target, Home Depot, Marshall's, Office Max, Best Buy and Old Navy. There are also neighborhood shops on the plaza if you need something and a grocery store the very last one on the plaza.
From T-Andrew Station shuttle bus takes you to South Bay shopping mall area.

|Beautiful place for gatherings for friends or families, big and has everything to feel at home: The main house can accommodates 8-12 people in the big house and 4-6 next door attached smaller one. On the back of the house there is a patio where be used for grill or picnic outside. Ocean is 5 min to drive to Castle Island. UMASS and JFK library and museums 5 min to drive or free shuttle buses JKF|
