New to the rental market, this spacious and well appointed Townhome is located in the quaint prestigious community of Canal Corkran. Walk/bike to most attractions, restaurants and the beach. After a fun-filled day on the beach, on the bike trail, golfing, or shopping at the outlets, take a dip in the community pool and relax the late afternoon away reading a good book.

The open floor plan starts with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, updated appliances and granite counter tops…. to a large dining area and cozy family room with a fireplace and HDTV…. which steps out onto a ground level patio with still more seating and even an outdoor grill. Enjoy the views of the beautiful landscaped gardens and pond. It's so relaxing...

Purpose of rental: Girls weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. This is a wonderful end-unit town home where just about everything you can think of has been already thought of. The rental listing is a great reflection of the property, but it's even better when you get there! Extremely clean, new and modern. Tastefully decorated. The owner is great to work with - very responsive to emails throughout the process and even called to check up on things the day we arrived. Although there were no children/babies in our group, the house is totally outfitted - there is a crib in one of the upstairs bedrooms plus other accessories. The kitchen is nicely equipped - we brought a bunch of K-Cups for coffee in the morning which made it really easy. The location is quiet and made for a nice walk into town as well as great access to the Junction & Breakwater Trail - the 8 of us rented bikes and headed up to Lewes for lunch - just enough of a ride for some fun and exercise. The kitchen area is open to the dining/living room areas, which kept everyone together and made it easy just to hang out. I will be keeping this rental property in mind for the future and would come back in-season and stay for a week in a heartbeat.

Wow...we hit the jackpot with this rental! We walked into a very warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated townhome. Everything was completely brand new. The owners, Angel and Mark were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to renting from you again.
